We feel honoured to be the first stores ever to be allowed to do a collaboration based on the fit of the Edwin Nashville pant. Which through the years has became a classic with its slightly high rise and traditional fit made out of a 14oz Japanese redline selvedge.
So what we did was to strip them down a bit using only one colour on the threads, in a dark copper shade, which gives the pants a clean and authentic look based on a time in history when the producing of denim was all focused on the strength and durability of the product and the simpleness of using only one type of thread in every machine was the way to do it.
We also decided to remove the Edwin tag on the right back pocket, because we liked to focus on the collaboration, and we didn't want to add another tab, this by our opinion contributes to the simplicity of the jeans that we like so much. And as you can see in the pictures, the patch on this limited pants features the name of the stores right underneath the classic Edwin logo. Your jeans will be packed in a cotton tote-bag whit the print that celebrate this collaboration.
Since we only produced a total of 300 pairs, and there won't be any more made, we felt that it would be proper to number them from 1-300. This is was made by us, the staff and we placed the number on the lining of the left pocket. So you can get the most out of wearing one of the total of 300 ever produced.
