TERMS OF DELIVERY
If you want to order items from Sivletto you have to be a member. The registration takes only a few seconds, and the membership is absolutely free. We don't accept orders via phone, e-mail, fax or smoke signals.
We charge all orders in SEK (Swedish krona). If you live outside of Sweden, the lowest amount for an order is 200 SEK (within Sweden it's 100 SEK).
VAT (Value Added Tax)
The VAT is deducted for international customers outside the EC (European Community). If you are logged in, you will see the correct costs. If not logged in, you can choose "SEK w/o VAT" in the menu on top of the page. On most things the VAT in Sweden is 25 percent so it's quite a difference.
- Within Sweden: Shipping per order is 49 SEK. Order for more than 1200 SEK and the shipping is free.
- Finland : Shipping per order is 85 SEK (approx 9 EUR). Order for more than 1500 SEK and the shipping is free.
- Norway: Shipping per order is 180 SEK
- Denmark: Shipping per order is 95 SEK. Order for more than 1500 SEK and the shipping is free.
- All Countries within the EC: Shipping per order is 150 SEK
- Switzerland: Shipping per order is 120 SEK
- USA and Canada: Shipping per order is 140 SEK
- All other countries: Shipping per order is 250 SEK
International customers outside the EC (European Community), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs or import taxes when ordering from a EC country, please enquire with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
It is illegal to mark items as a "Gift" or reduce the value on a Customs Form or Invoice.
We will NOT break the law, please do not ask.
Shipping is ca 5-10 days worldwide.
If you live in Stockholm you also have the option of picking up your goods at the Red Wing Shoe Store at Gamla brogatan 23 in central Stockholm. Opening hours Mon-Fri 11-18, Sat 11-17, Sunday 12-16.
We accept VISA, MasterCard. For most countries we also accept Paypal.
You can safely and comfortably pay with credit card at Sivletto.
We are using Dibs, one of Europe's leading Payment Service Providers.
Dibs handles your credit card details direct and safe. No credit card details will be registered at Sivletto.
When you pay for your Sivletto order using a credit card, you are transferred to a separate server, run by Dibs, that handles your order. This is of course done via a secure SSL connection, as you will see by the little padlock shown in your browser window.
Among other security checks, Dibs will check the address given against the address that the card issuer has on file, all to make it really certain that it is the card holder making the order.
Sivletto does not store any credit card details as they are only entered in the Dibs system. We only get a signal back from Dibs saying if it's all valid or not. Read more about Dibs here
If you live in the USA or Canada and have trouble ordering using Paypal, please check that your state/region is chosen correctly in your customer details. PayPal requires state/region details for some countries.Go to "My page" and double check. Thank you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
At Sivletto we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you find your order to be less than exceptional and you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from Sivletto, please follow the instructions below:

Returns and exchanges are accepted with prior approval only. Please e-mail us immediately upon receipt of your items if you are not completely satisfied. E-mail: email@example.com
Sivletto cannot accept returns for items worn. We understand you will need to try on certain items, but once you have worn items to an event we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
It is recommended for your protection that all return items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number (for example USPS insured mail with Delivery Confirmation) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Sivletto is not able to refund or credit shipping fees, nor are we able to pay for return shipping of your package.
All damaged claims/exchange items must be in original packaging.
Please retain all shipping/insurance receipts. This will aid you if the item is damaged or lost in transit on its way back to us. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Please make any notes on the invoice slip of what you are returning or your new selection for exchanges.
For all non EU customers: the customs authorities put a number on the shipping forms (on the outside of the parcel) and it's most important that this customs number is visible on the parcel when returned, otherwise Sivletto has to pay a customs fee. Which we naturally would like to avoid.
